Abstract: We acknowledge that our consortium does not yet reflect the diversity we aspire to. This is, in part, a result of longstanding structural imbalances in fields such as engineering. As a step toward meaningful change, we have developed an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) campaign. All consortium members are committed to using this material in outreach activities, including open days, school visits, and university engagements. This campaign is part of our broader, ongoing commitment—shared by all partner institutions—to promote equity, representation, and inclusiveness in science and engineering. By engaging both younger generations and our professional peers, we aim to help foster a more diverse and inclusive research community.
