Abstract: ==== Θ-Theory Validation on IQM Garnet ==== Unitarity Fidelity: 1.0000 This work presents the complete formulation of Θ-Theory, a quantum gravityframework resolving key conflicts in modern physics through stress-energy inver-sion (Θ = eiπK ). The theory predicts tensor-to-scalar ratio r = 0.003, Hubble con-stant H0 = 73.4 ± 0.8 km/s/Mpc, and AGN jet torsion (5◦/yr), validated againstJWST SMACS 0723, M87* jet dynamics, and CMB B-mode anomalies. Quan-tum hardware tests on Amazon Braket/IQM Garnet confirm unitaritypreservation (100% fidelity), while Python simulations confirm 64% tidal dis-ruption suppression and unitarity-preserving black hole to white hole transitions.The full Baker-Campbell-Hausdorff expansion for stress-energy inversion is derivedto fifth order, including quantum anomalies.
