Abstract: This article explores the integration of technology in promoting independent study among primary school learners of foreign languages. It outlines the theoretical foundations of independent study and the importance of foreign language acquisition at a young age. Additionally, the article discusses the role of technology in education, particularly in the context of Uzbekistan's educational system, emphasizing the concepts of Educational and Methodological Complex (EMC) and multimedia applications. The article concludes by highlighting the benefits of Interactive Communication Technologies (ICT) and educational apps in enhancing language learning.
