Evolution of the Organizational and Management Mechanism of Public Administration in the Sphere of Financial Security

Abstract: The processes of Ukraine's integration into the EU influenced the transformation of the organizational and management mechanism in the field of financial security. Since 2014, there has been a process of reforming the system of organization and management of state finances to solve the most acute problems in the relevant sphere of regulation. In the structure of the Ministry of Finance, sub-departmental services responsible for regulation of tax, customs, debt, budget security have been created. At the same time, the Ministry of Finance develops financial policy in the specified areas of public administration. That is, the decentralization of powers in the field of protection of financial interests with increased transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the activities of authorized management subjects is observed. New features of the organization of activities in the field of financial security are the strengthening of international cooperation, the integration of technologies to establish the process of interaction between the central bodies of executive power, the introduction of new methods of information and analytical activity.
