Abstract: : The modernization of foreign language education is crucial for developing students' professional competence. In Uzbekistan, the government's education strategy emphasizes improving the quality of language instruction and preparing highly skilled professionals. The 2012 decree (PQ-1875) introduced foreign language learning from the first grade, focusing on interactive, game-based methods. Teaching methodologies, including translation, communicative, and intensive approaches, evolve alongside didactics. Effective strategies such as quick answers, pantomime, and group discussions enhance student engagement and fluency. Encouraging early language learning fosters cultural awareness and multilingual proficiency. Innovative pedagogical techniques improve student outcomes, surpassing traditional methods. The growing number of Uzbek students obtaining international degrees reflects the success of modern language education. Teachers play a vital role in shaping effective learning environments, using interactive tools and methods to enhance motivation and participation. This article presents thoughts and opinions about foreign language teaching and its methodology in elementary school classes.
