Abstract: In the Unified Theory of Observation (UTO), zero is not a null but an active observer,collapsing probability density’s chaos into reality. Physical in gravity wells, universal in Rie-mann’s zeros, and inevitable across scales, zero shapes existence from rocks to consciousness.Backed by tests and models, this paper asserts every zero observes, redefining observationas reality’s pivot.
