Abstract: This document establishes the basis for the project management processes and quality control of the documentation produced. It describes the rules for the production of all the project documentation and for the continuous improvement of project processes, giving indication on the information flow rules and on the means for the ensuring the quality of the data and information produced. Detailed instruction for the preparation of deliverables and milestones are given, outlining the validation process steps, designed to ensure the best possible level of quality.
