Eddy covariance, meteorological and satelite data obtained at four taiga peatlands
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The files contain flux and meteorological data obtained at four peatland sites in European Russia and West Siberia using the eddy covariance technique: Fyodorovskoe Bog (FYB site, Tver Region, 2015-2022), Ust' Pojeg Mesotrophic Peatland (UPO site, Komi Republic, 2012 and 2017), Mukhrino Bog (MUH site, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, 2021-2022), and Bakchar Bog (PLT site, Tomskaya Oblast, 2022). A description of the variables is provided in the "metadata" file. Additionally, the normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) obtained using Sentinel satellite images (https://www.sentinel-hub.com/) for the footprint areas at each site is included in a separate file.
