Abstract: A mathematical model for RCL formation from 3rd generation LV systems. The associated .html file presents a mathematical model for calculating the probability of replication-competent lentivirus (RCL) formation in lentiviral vector (LV) manufacturing. User inputs update the model to adjust for custom bioreactor volumes, production cell type (transient/packaging), plasmid ratios and recombination rates.
