Optimizing Ancilla-based Quantum Circuits with SPARE

Abstract: This is the Spare compiler packaging the circuit rewrite, lowering steps and the benchmarks that generate the baseline results for our PLDI paper. The Spare front-ends are that take circuits described in Unqomp and Tower into Spare for rewrites are not included but will be added in future versions. The circuits generated from these front-ends are stored as dot files in the repository.
