Abstract: This paper presents the design and implementation of a multi-user blogging platform developed using the Django web framework, with a modern user interface styled by Tailwind CSS. The platform allows users to register, log in, and create, update, or delete blog posts. The application uses a simple SQLite database for storing user and post information. The system is designed with a focus on ease of use, accessibility, and responsive design. The features implemented include a user authentication system, profile page, and static pages such as 'About'. Although the application does not include advanced features like image uploads, comments, or tags, it offers a functional base that can be expanded in future developments. This paper discusses the architecture of the platform, its key features, the development process, and potential areas for improvement.
