Abstract: This study comprehensively analyzes the relationship between the development of scientific potential and improving the quality of education in higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan. Basically, the implementation of scientific research, innovative approaches, and modern pedagogical technologies in higher education, their influence on the quality of the educational process and the practical competencies of students, were studied.
