Phytochemical screening of Pulicaria wightiana (DC.) C. B. Clarke by HR-LCMS technique

Abstract: :The plant Pulicaria wightiana (DC.) C. B. Clarke belongs to the family Asteraceae and isalso known as Sontikli and Sonela in Marathi and Hindi, respectively. The phytochemicalscreening of the whole plant body known as Panchangas was carried out using the High Resolution- Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (HR-LCMS) technique. The analysis resulted morethan 30 compounds, most of which are medicinally important. The details of the compound name,molecular formula, mass, and structures are provided.
