Effect of Transformational Leadership Traits on Organisational Creativity of Employees of the Insurance Sector in the Delhi-NCR region

Abstract: : The study attempts to analyse the effect of transformational leadership traits on the organisational creativity of male and female employees of various Insurance companies in the Delhi-NCR region. The research tool used was a questionnaire, and data were collected from 100 employees. The complete responses were 92. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used in the analyses. Data were analysed with SPSS, and the results are discussed further. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Organisational Creativity
