Abstract: Following our independence, all new experts enrolled in the higher education system are now expected to speak one or more foreign languages as part of the reforms being implemented to prepare cadres. As a result, English language instructors have enormous challenges, and they are now a primary focus of educational changes. Therefore, a teacher can introduce new ideas into the educational process in a goal-oriented manner provided he is willing to accept new pedagogical innovations. The ability of knowing foreign languages in the training of highly qualified personnel is also a priority in this aspect. This article studies the main important characteristic features of teaching English language at the higher educational establishments and is given the results according to the investigation
