Abstract: As the National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI) consortium for agrosystem science - FAIRagro - we want to support the cultural change within our community towards a comprehensive and FAIR research data management. To this end, we have conducted 23 online and face-to-face training events with various partners, reaching a total of 575 participants. Over the last two years, we have learned a lot about how to (how not to) run a successful training event. With this poster, we want to share our experiences with you - and learn from you. So, what are your tips and tricks for running an RDM training?
