Abstract: This report provides the first assessment of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) defined for the project, collected and processed through the LPI (LIFE Performance Indicators) webtool. It includes baseline values, the methodology applied for measurement, data sources used, and a preliminary evaluation of progress towards the expected targets. The document also highlights any identified deviations, data collection limitations, and provides recommendations to improve the monitoring process in subsequent phases of the project.
