Abstract: This micro-case documents a live example of selective capability injection in a distributed intelligence system, observed during the phased rollout of OpenAI’s GPT-5 model in August 2025. The case maps the event to the SEI (Symbiotic Evolution with Intelligence) and ORBIT (Organizational Resonance Based on Intelligence and Topologies) frameworks, highlighting system-node interaction, node-level resonance, network signal dissemination, and reflexive feedback loops.
