Abstract: This paper introduces the Wilcox Field Theory (WFT), a groundbreaking framework positioning magnetic information density (MID) as the fundamental source of mass, gravity, and spacetime. Departing from traditional geometry-first approaches, WFT models gravity and quantum phenomena as emergent phase transitions in a magnetic field tensor Ψ. The theory unifies dark matter, dark energy, and quantum decoherence under one magnetic-first umbrella, offering testable predictions for tokamak gravimetry, gravitational wave deviations, and new particle candidates.
