Abstract: This document highlights the urgent global threat posed by the unchecked development of Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly large-scale generative models with increasingly autonomous capabilities. It outlines the risks of global destabilization, misinformation, systemic manipulation, and catastrophic misuse if effective oversight mechanisms are not immediately established.It also introduces a follow-up policy proposal titled "Global Oversight Framework for Artificial Intelligence", aimed at providing actionable, scalable, and international-level solutions to ensure responsible AI governance.This document is intended for governments, AI developers, academic institutions, civil society, and multilateral organizations involved in shaping the future of technology and humanity.
