Abstract: This research paper introduces PUCCheck, a digital platform designed to simplify the Pollution Under Control (PUC) certification process for vehicle owners in India. Unlike traditional emission testing methods that are manual and inconvenient, PUCCheck enables users to book at-home vehicle checks, track real-time progress, and receive instant digital certificates. This system addresses accessibility issues in rural areas, enhances transparency, and supports India’s goals for digital transformation and environmental sustainability.
