Abstract: When school management is based on objective laws, it is possible to build this work on a scientific basis and achieve high results. Laws on public administration reflect the legality that is understood and observed in practice in this process. Management patterns, general, important, stable and recurring connections, objectively characteristic of a given process - the cause of the cause is clear. These laws are discovered by science and expressed in the form of laws. Management laws are a compact and logical formulation of the corresponding patterns. Let us consider them briefly. All stages and levels of school management are based on a single foundation - legislation, organizational and legal framework. Unity in management is also expressed in the commonality of the goals of the education system, functions and methods of education, personnel. If the subjects and objects of management interact on the basis of individual needs, the effect of management activity will be higher. With the help of this legal management activity, the professional level of professionalism of the managed entities at the upper levels is expressed in the expected proportionality. In this case, it is possible to achieve higher capacity and costs due to the professionalism of the managing organizations and the implementation of managing organizations.
