The Logic of the Universe: Between Restoration and Memory
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This paper proposes a novel philosophical-physical framework to reinterpret the foundational structure of the universe. Instead of viewing the cosmos through the traditional lens of state and substance, we propose a behavior-oriented view, positing that the essence of the universe is not a fixed entity but an ongoing act of restoration. From this, we distinguish between the universe's essence—defined as an inherent drive to return to zero (restoration)—and its self—as structured memory or form. Logic, then, is reframed not as a fixed rule system but as the dynamic bridge between these two domains: the flow between forgetting and memory. The universe, in this sense, is a perpetual cycle of becoming, transforming, and returning, wherein logic itself is a manifestation of this continuous motion.
