Abstract: It includes the detailed analysis of the averaged axial polarizability, averaged dipole polarizability, and averaged charge transfer polarizability as functions of twist angle for TMG2, TBN2, TMGN@BN₂ (N = 2-7) and TMG₂@BNM (M = 0-10) in different contact configurations. Additionally, it presents the total atomic contributions of BN and graphene for all layers in various contact structures.
