Abstract: \nWe demonstrate a 16 GHz repetition rate fiber-based optical parametric oscillator, pumped by an electro-optical comb tunable around 1.03 µm, delivering picosecond and wavelength tunable signal and idler pulses. Build-up and relaxation dynamics of these pulses are reported.\n
