Abstract: This research project investigates the impact of various genes involved in CLE signaling (CycD3;2, BAM, CLV1, CLV2) on the division of the quiescent center (QC) in Arabidopsis thaliana. Mutants and controls were grown in treated and untreated media, comparing the cell divisions in the QC.
