OEVCK: Operational Exchange Vector Cipher Kaoru (High-Entropy Dimension-Based Hybrid Cryptography for Quantum-Safe Secure Communication)

Year: 2025
Type: preprint
Abstract: This project presents OEVCK: Operational Exchange Vector Cipher Kaoru, a novel cryptographic system based on high-entropy, dimension-based key generation combined with hybrid encryption techniques. OEVCK leverages randomly generated, high-precision mathematical dimensions to produce extremely large keyspaces, enhancing security against brute-force and quantum computing attacks. The system supports direct message encryption and can also securely encrypt symmetric keys (e.g., AES, ChaCha) for hybrid cryptographic applications. Its versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of use cases, including secure messaging, military communications, quantum-safe internet protocols, encrypted cloud storage, blockchain security, and IoT device protection. This repository contains the full implementation, mathematical utilities, key generation procedures, and encryption/decryption routines. The goal is to provide a future-proof, adaptable, and high-security cryptosystem ready for practical deployment and further research.
