Abstract: This study investigates the impact and effectiveness of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, a nationwide cleanliness and sanitation initiative launched in India. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, we examine the program’s implementation, assess its outcomes, and analyze the socio-economic factors influencing its success. The research aims to contribute valuable insight into the challenges and achievements of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, shedding light on its implications for public health, community development, and sustainable practices. Findings from this study can inform future policy decisions and initiatives aimed at improving sanitation and hygiene on a national scale.
