Abstract: This data is used to produce the paper "Suspended-core Photonic Crystal Fibers for SERS Detection of biomolecules" This folder includes the data required to obtain Figures 5-9. There are 3 folders in total:1) "COMSOL models" folder contains 2 COMSOL files (version 6.2) where the SIF and SUC PCFs are modeled and simulated. In the files, the parameters, such as Dcore, Dhole, Tstruts, length, can be changed to simulate PCFs with different sizes and lengths.2) "Data analysis" folder contains 2 folders with the MATLAB codes and all data files required to produce all raw figures for Fig 7-9.3) "Figures" folder contains 3 folders: "1.Fig. 5-6 (raw)" folder includes all images taken from the COMSOL simulations to produce Fig. 5-6; "2.Fig.7-9 (raw)" includes the plots obtained by simulating MATLAb codes and used to produce Fig. 7-9; and "3.Fig.5-9 (final)" folder contains the word file where the figures where the final version of the figures were produced and the final Fig. 5-9 themselves.
