Economic Analysis of Financing in Labor Protection

Abstract: In this article, the funds allocated for labor protection, their utilization, and direction are analytically examined, and the significance of these funds in the economy of enterprises, regions, and the republic is analyzed. The introduction section highlights the relevance of the topic, while in the research methods section, scientific and educational literature analysis, comparative analysis, generalization, programming, and digitization models are employed to obtain the analysis and results. Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Labor Protection" clearly lists the sources of funding used in the field of labor protection. The textbook Labor Protection and Technical Safety,authored by O.R. Yuldoshev, O.D. Rahimov, R.T. Khojaqulov, and O.T. Khasanova, also covers the rules for financing the field of labor protection. Numerous monographs and popular science articles have also been written on this topic. This article may be useful for labor protection professionals, researchers, and university students in studying the legal and theoretical foundations of funds allocated to the labor protection field.
