Abstract: The model is origionally constructed for the study "Systematical Prediction of Spatiotemporal Transmission of Potential Respiratory Pandemics in China". Original population movement data and calibrated parameters can be found in "Default.mat" (=> conditions.Parameters_movement, conditions.Parameters_disease, conditions.Initial_Data_pop4). Please read "User guideline.txt" to learn the meaning of each parameters and the way of running the model. The study is still under the process of publication, further information (DOI) will be updated once published. The model is updated for the study "Strategies to control the prevalence of Disease X pandemic: a quantitative evaluation and guideline".
