Abstract: Science systematically defines the object of research. It analyzes what has been defined. It classifies the analyzed objects. It helps to know what kind of relationships they have with each other. With such science, literary genres such as short stories, novels, and plays are also being created. Science fiction was first written in the West. Nowadays, science fiction is also being created in our country. Jayamohan holds a significant place among the creators of science fiction. This article aims to examine his science fiction skills through the short story "Observing Bird" in his short story collection "Visumbu".
