Abstract: Relevance of the topic is due to the fact that in the conditions of the present society The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that in the conditions of the present society needs individuals who are able not only to apply knowledge, skills and abilities in practice, but to make original and unconventional decisions, to find creative approaches to solving non-standard situations that arise in the process of life, in conditions of martial law or in working moments. During the period of mass introduction of cybernetic systems, the rapid pace of information and communication, innovation and technological changes, creative competence is an important component in innovative scientific research, entrepreneurial activity, an effective tool in educational activities, affects the economic situation in foreign and domestic policy, which can lead to a peaceful resolution of international clashes.
