Abstract: Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) is a rare but aggressive malignancy arising from the epithelial cells of the intrahepatic bile ducts. The disease is characterized by complex diagnosis, high mortality, and limited therapeutic options at advanced stages. The aim of this study was to analyze the clinical and diagnostic characteristics of patients with ICC and to identify key prognostic factors. Based on a retrospective analysis of 18 cases, we identified relevant prognostic markers and evaluated the effectiveness of various treatment strategies. Special attention is paid to the importance of tumor molecular profiling and personalized treatment approaches.
