Abstract: Dedicated to the people of Myanmar The Knowledge Series research bulletin highlights the primary roles and responsibilities of key institutions—government, political parties, military, and police force—that shape the direction of a nation. This bulletin also underscores the ethical responsibilities these institutions must uphold in serving the people. We hope that readers, whether familiar with these concepts or not, gain valuable insights and apply this knowledge to contribute to the nation’s development.
