Abstract: Prism models, Python scripts, query, EM, and MCMC results, and plots for an analysis of the RKIP-inhibited ERK pathway. Models.zip includes TXT files of every prism submodel and the original model. The RKIP_ERK_Properties file is the property file used to run queries on the Prism models. Results.zip contains CSV files for CSL query, EM algorithm, and MCMC results. Plots.zip contains plots of the results. RKIP_ERK.py prints all information needed to construct the submodels in Models.zip. EM_query_1.py, EM_query_2.py, and EM_query_3.py run the EM algorithm on query 1, 2, and 3 results respectively. MCMC.py runs an MCMC simulation on query results. query_plots.py produces plots for all queries based on the index of the query result in Query Results Final.csv (found in Results.zip).
