Optimization of human capital development as a factor of activation of individual investment

Abstract: The subject of the study – problems and ways to optimize the development of human capital in order to increase the investment activity of individual investment.Purpose of the article – to analyze the current problems of innovation and investment tools for human capital development and identify opportunities for their optimization to stimulate the investment activity of individual investors in the country’s economic growth. Methodology – reviewing scientific literature and documents related to human capital development, investment activities of individual investors, and analyzing specific cases of state optimization of human capital investments and maintaining them at a high level.Results – the current problems and opportunities for human capital development to stimulate investment and maintain it at a high level are identified as a strategically necessary condition for Ukraine to become a developed country with economic growth.Conclusions – government investment in human development and human capital formation should increase. It is necessary to encourage and support the desire of staff to pursue higher education, to create conditions for improving their cultural level and health care.
