The simulation dataset and the scripts for TC "Infa"

Abstract: This dataset contains the simulation dataset used in "The Impact of the Representation of In-cloud Mixing Effect in the Planetary Boundary Layer Scheme on the Simulated Track of Tropical Cyclone Infa (2021)". Because of the large file sizes of the original model output, the dataset here only contains the necessary variables for replicating the results in our paper. Readers who need the original model output may contact [email protected]. The data named as “pvt2cxcy_ *.nc" is the vector data for each term of the PVT. "trackerro.ncl" is the cacluation of the TC track error. "storm_from_bt.ncl" is a script for locating TC center. "track.ncl", "rose_v2.ncl", "intensity.ncl" ,"dbz.ncl","K.ncl","vmf_v2.ncl","sf_v3.ncl" are drawing scripts.
