Abstract: This study examines the impact of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on engineering faculty in Tamil Nadu's Thanjavur district. It investigates the adoption levels, usage patterns, and challenges educators face. The research aims to understand the profound influence of ICT on pedagogical approaches, research effectiveness, and faculty professional development. The sample included 150 engineering faculty members selected through stratified random sampling. A comprehensive questionnaire was administered, resulting in 139 responses. The data will provide an in-depth analysis of how ICT is reshaping educational practices and productivity in the region.
