Abstract: This document is a deliverable of the BioAgora project, funded under the European Union’s (EU) Horizon Europe research and innovation programme under the grant agreement No. 101059438. The aim of this document is to explore processes, methods and actors related to horizon scanning for knowledge needs and research prioritisation, and, based on lessons learned, provide recommendations for creating more effective horizon scanning and research prioritisation processes in Europe, particularly for the Science Service for Biodiversity.
