Abstract: Ethical education for cadres and party members is a major policyof all countries and peoples in the world. Ho Chi Minh, the great leader ofthe Vietnamese people, throughout his life of revolutionary activities,always set a shining moral example of a revolutionary, wholeheartedlystriving and sacrificing for the people, for the country, for the nation. HoChi Minh considered ethics to be the foundation, the root of arevolutionary, the strength of a revolutionary, considering it the root of atree, the source of a river. A revolutionary must have revolutionary ethicsas a foundation in order to complete the glorious revolutionary mission forthe cause of national independence and socialism. The article analyzes thecurrent situation of applying Ho Chi Minh's moral thought in educating andtraining revolutionary ethics for cadres and party members, on that basis,proposes a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of applying HoChi Minh's moral thought in educating and training revolutionary ethics forcadres and party members of the Can Tho City Party Committee in the newperiod.
