Guidelines for Staff Exchange of the Innovantibiofilm Project
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The Guidelines for Staff Exchange Actions provide a structured framework to ensure the effective implementation and management of staff exchanges within the InnovAntiBiofilm project, funded under the HORIZON-WIDERA-2023-ACCESS-02-01 Twinning call. With a focus on the sustainable development of adjuvant agents to enhance antibiotic efficacy against biofilm infections, this project aims to deliver innovative solutions through the biosynthesis of plant-based molecules and the rational development of their derivatives with improved effects. Key components of InnovAntiBiofilm include advanced scientific research, capacity building, talent development, networking, inclusiveness, and the enhancement of research management and administration capabilities. The staff exchange program is designed to support scientific excellence, capacity building, networking, inclusiveness, and the enhancement of research administration capabilities. It facilitates the exchange of researchers and research administrators, enabling them to develop expertise in advanced methodologies, engage in joint research activities, and explore strategic funding opportunities for future collaborations. This document outlines the key procedures, responsibilities, and selection criteria for staff exchanges, ensuring transparent and efficient implementation. It also defines the reporting requirements to maximize the impact of the exchanges by documenting acquired knowledge and fostering a multiplier effect across institutions. This document is a living resource that will evolve with the project’s needs, and partners are encouraged to consult it regularly and provide feedback to maintain its relevance and effectiveness.
