Abstract: With the recent advance of technologies, smart fac-tories are no longer just the subjects of science fiction and are nowbecoming a reality . It is essential for a smart factory builderto understand the different technologies and the challenges inindustry 4.0. Many researches show the potential of IntegratedSensing And Communication (ISAC) in smart factories, includingunderstanding the employees, gesture commands and monitoringthe equipement, processes. In this paper, we will investigationin the key technologies for ISAC and their application in Industry4.0. Before the conclusion of this paper, we will discuss about thechallenges and future directions for ISAC in industry 4.0.
