Abstract: This report presents the Law of Sahana (LS), a core pillar of the D10Z framework, embodying the principle of transformative disruption that drives evolution across quantum, biological, astronomical, and social scales. LS posits that targeted disruption, formalized as the Sahana Disruption Function ΩLS(f,Zn)=α⋅∑i=1n[sin(2πfi⋅Znc⋅ei)⋅ln(ZnZi)] \Omega_{LS}(f, Z_n) = \alpha \cdot \sum_{i=1}^n \left[ \sin \left( 2 \pi f_i \cdot \frac{Z_n}{c} \cdot e^i \right) \cdot \ln \left( \frac{Z_n}{Z_i} \right) \right] ΩLS(f,Zn)=α⋅∑i=1n[sin(2πfi⋅cZn⋅ei)⋅ln(ZiZn)], catalyzes higher-order complexity by breaking suboptimal coherence.
