Abstract: The article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of studying such a social problem as drug trafficking; it examines the role and causes of the spread of drugs, including medicinal ones, in the life of human society, which have been widely and legally used and continue to be used in all parts of the globe. Bundan tashqari, ushbu bobda narkotik moddalarning noqonuniy aylanishiga qarshi kurashning sub'ektlari va huquqiy asoslari belgilab berilgan. Xalqaro narkotik savdosi uzoq tarixga ega. BMT tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan jinoyatchilikka qarshi kurashning umumiy tamoyillari ko'rib chiqiladi. Jinoyatchilikka qarshi kurashning tarixiy tajribasi tahlil qilingan.
