Abstract: This is the Layer 0 manifesto of the Koungraph system. It introduces the existential motivation behind its creation—not as a software platform or computational tool, but as a semantic space to rescue meaning itself. Starting from the universal experience of fragmented thought and lost intent in note-taking, it builds the emotional and philosophical foundation for a new kind of structure: one where meaning is not stored, but lives, breathes, and evolves.
