A Self-Consistent Non-Hermitian Architecture for Post-von Neumann Native Physical Computation: Structural Verification and Fault-Tolerance Feasibility

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: A single gain site in a two-dimensional non-Hermitian lattice can create an exceptionally long-lived geometric mode whose stability emerges purely from dissipation. Our results demonstrate that dissipation can localize and preserve information for extremely long times, with a lifetime that grows exponentially with the system area.
