Abstract: This report outlines the evaluation methodology for the eLITHE project, focusing on the transition of high-temperature heating processes in the ceramic industry from fossil fuels to electrification powered by renewable energy. It introduces the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) framework used to evaluate the environmental, economic, and social impacts of electrified heating systems.The document is currently under review by the European Commission, pending approval.
