The Resonant Organization: A Fractal Approach to Modular Business Structures from First Principles

Abstract: This paper introduces a business framework, termed the Resonant Organization, that integrates modular team structures with fractal resonance principles. By leveraging intuitive mathematical formulations the model demonstrates how modular, resonant teams can drive improved performance, agility, and profitability. This process was inspired by many whom I have seen lose their occupations of recent events and I humbly submit this as a means of rebuilding modular resilience in business hand in hand with science.
