Abstract: This dataset includes a technical report and cover letter proposing an independent spectral analysis of subthreshold signals in unconfirmed LIGO events recorded between 2019 and 2020. The objective is to examine the 44–50 Hz frequency band for potential structured patterns that may have been overlooked by standard interferometric coincidence detection. This submission is part of an open science initiative, with no theoretical claims, intended solely for collaborative statistical exploration.
